Platform-Specific Terms: Mushroom Tracker is governed by the applicable platform's End User License Agreement:
- iOS: Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) as provided in the App Store Terms and Conditions
- Android: Google Play Terms of Service as provided in the Google Play Store
1. Agreement Reference
By downloading, installing, or using the Mushroom Tracker mobile application, you agree to be bound by the applicable platform's End User License Agreement:
- iOS Users: Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found in the Apple App Store Terms and Conditions
- Android Users: Google Play Terms of Service, which can be found in the Google Play Store Terms and Conditions
2. Subscription Terms
Auto-Renewable Subscription Details:
- Subscription Name: Mushroom Tracker Premium
- Price: US$4.99 per month or US$29.99 per year. Prices vary by country and are shown in your local currency in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm a purchase; the price displayed at purchase is the price that applies. Subscribers who started before September 3, 2026 keep the rate they subscribed at.
- Billing Cycle: Monthly (auto-renewable)
- Features: Unlimited mushroom pins, offline maps, premium database access, cloud backup, priority support
Important Subscription Information:
iOS (App Store):
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
Android (Google Play):
- Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage your subscription in your Google Play Account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
3. Application-Specific Terms
In addition to the applicable platform's EULA, the following terms apply specifically to Mushroom Tracker:
Data and Privacy
- Your mushroom pins, photos and notes are stored on your device by default. They are sent to our servers only when you use a feature that needs it, such as cloud backup and sync (Premium), AI identification, the marketplace or the community, as described in the Privacy Policy
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your mushroom locations, photos or notes with anyone
- Subscription management is handled through RevenueCat and the respective platform's payment systems (Apple App Store or Google Play)

Email Communications
- If you create an account, you agree that we may use your account email address to send you account and transactional emails (such as verification and password resets), and occasional product updates and seasonal announcements about the app
- If you enter your email address in a season-alert form on our website, you agree that we may email you about the species and region you chose
- Every product-update, seasonal and season-alert email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing never affects your account or your use of the app

Content and Usage
- The app is provided for educational and recreational mushroom identification and tracking
- Mushroom identification information is for reference only - always consult experts before consuming wild mushrooms
- Users are responsible for complying with local laws regarding mushroom foraging
Limitation of Liability
- Mushroom Tracker is not responsible for mushroom identification accuracy
- Users assume all risks associated with mushroom foraging and consumption
- The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
