All of your personal data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Location Data: GPS coordinates for mushroom pins you create (stored in local SQLite database)
• Personal Notes: Text notes and observations you add to your mushroom pins
• Photos: Images you take and associate with mushroom locations
• Favorites: Your personal collection of favorite mushroom species
• App Preferences: Your settings and preferences

1.2 Limited Information Processed by Third Parties

• Subscription Information: Payment and subscription status processed through RevenueCat and Apple/Google app stores (we do not store payment details)
• Basic App Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to improve app performance (no personal data)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your Personal Data (Photos, Locations, Notes): We don't use this data because it never leaves your device. All mushroom tracking functionality happens locally on your device.

Limited Third-Party Data: The minimal information processed by third parties is used only for:

• Processing subscription payments through RevenueCat and app stores
• Improving app performance through anonymous crash reports
• Providing customer support when you contact us directly

We cannot share your personal data because we don't have access to it. All your mushroom locations, photos, and notes stay on your device.

The only data that could potentially be shared relates to:

• Subscription information (handled by RevenueCat and app stores)
• Anonymous crash reports (no personal information)
• Legal compliance if required by law (though we have minimal data to share)

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Location Services

You can control location access through your device settings. Disabling location services will prevent you from creating new mushroom pins but won't affect existing data.

5.2 Data Deletion

Since your data is stored locally on your device:

• Uninstalling the app immediately removes all your mushroom data, photos, and notes
• No server-side data to delete - we don't store your personal information
• Subscription management through your app store account (handled by Apple/Google)

Manage your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
